STEWART GROUP ASSOCIATES TOO respects your privacy.  We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to our members.  This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for this site, www.sgatoo.com.

◙  We only send email to those who have elected to receive it from us.  You can opt-out of receiving email by emailing jim@stewartnetwork.com with the word unsubscribe in the subject line

◙  If we find that any member is using the member roster for the purpose of sending spam or solicitation, we will cancel the member’s membership without refund as soon as possible

We will never give any information about you to others without your express permission.  Our group uses forms in which you give us contact information (e.g. your name, address, phone number, and email address) so you can network with other members, request information/support, and make suggestions. We use your information when it is important for us to contact you regarding networking opportunities.

Sending Emails 
We use emails to communicate with you, to confirm your membership, distribute networking opportunities, forward relevant information, and to send information that you have requested. We also provide email links on several pages of www.sgatoo.com, to allow you to contact us directly.  We strive to promptly reply to your messages.

The information you send to us may be stored and used to establish membership, or it may be reviewed and discarded.  However, your information will only be shared with third parties with your explicit permission.

Service Provider 
We use a credit card processing company to bill for membership and services.  These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Surveys 
From time-to-time we may request information from users via surveys.  Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the member therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and mailing address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level).  Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of the networking group.

Member Referrals
If a member elects to refer a networking contact and inform them about our networking group, we ask the referring member for the networking contact’s name and email address. SGA will send the referral contact a one-time email inviting them to visit the site.  We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.  The referral may contact us at jim@stewartnetwork.com to request the removal of this information from our database.
